What To Expect​

We Are All Finished:

Once our team has completed your cleaning, you will be notified and our Certified Team Lead will take a moment to complete a Final Inspection.


While we promise to do our very best, if this is our first time visiting your home, we highly recommend that you take a moment to look over as well since we have yet to get to know your home like you do but don't worry, that'll soon change!


If there is anything that we missed, our team will be sure to take care of it before they leave. We won't stop working until your home is sparkling with awesomeness.

Payment :
Payment  will not be due until the day of your appointment. We accept cash or check but if you'd like to make a payment online, either download the HouseCall App or give us a call and we'll send your invoice along with online payment options straight to your inbox.

1. Get to know us with our FREEHome evaluation

  • Give us a call and schedule your free assessment for a great opportunity to meet & greet and take a look around your home. This usually takes no more than 15 minutes of your time and we'll walk through your home with you and design a cleaning plan best suited for your home and life style.


2. Getting to Know You and Your Home

  • Either fill out our online form found under each of our services tab or give us a call,  and we'll make it easy for you! We'll use this form to gather information about yourself & your home to help us better design your cleaning plan and be prepared for your home's appointment.


3. Setting up your appointment
Normal Business Hours:  Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (Last service is at 3 pm)

  • Together, we will work with you to create your schedule & cleaning plan. We will determine what days or times that work best for you and we will do our very best to accommodate to your schedule.
  • We are open Monday -  Friday, with our scheduling window starting at 9 am and ending at 3 pm.

  • Once your service is scheduled, you will receive an appointment confirmation either and the details will be sent straight to your e-mail.

4.  Before your Appointment!

  • We kindly ask that your home be prepared before our team's arrival. To help our provide your home with the best cleaning,  please be sure to clear as much clutter as you can from the following areas around your home:

                         Countertops             Floors             Bathroom Sink, Tub & Shower

  • Once our team is on their way to your home, we'll give you a quick heads-up either on your HouseCall app or by SMS Text Notification.

5. The Big Day, Your Appointment

  • Upon arrival, our team will kindly introduce themselves to you. Afterwards, if it is their first time in your home, they will ask if you could give them a quick tour around your home which is a great opportunity for any questions or concerns to be brought up about your service.
  • In most cases, our team will start in the area where the master bedroom is located and work their way through your home from there. They'll take care of all the bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, living rooms, office, stairwell and any other living areas.  Usually your kitchen and floors are left for last as we like to complete your cleaning by bringing all the dirt out of your home straight out the door along with any trash.
